BK Gulf Modular Systems LLC was launched in 2008 as the new specialist modular division within the DUTCO Group. The division has steadily grown since then as the trend for DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly), off-site build demand substantially increased.
This vision over 15 years ago has propelled BK Modular to one of the market leaders, delivering innovative, sustainable and pillar projects across key markets and industry sectors in the region.
Supported by DUTCO Group we have over 10,000 employees, with 2,500 within BK Gulf, enabling us to scale based upon any project requirements of any size.

The need to reduce construction material and manpower waste on-site has been a policy that BK Modular has been advocating for over a decade. By conducting major construction activities off-site, we have played an impactful role in reducing multi-contractor site works, wastage of materials, transportation, delivery times and remote quality approvals.
