BKG Modular Systems LLC was established in 2008 under BK Gulf LLC(A DUTCO Group Company) with an initial vision to optimize our MEP delivery solutions by building them offsite for major regional construction projects. With our consistent successful project deliveries it quickly expanded into bringing other Industrial and Commercial offsite manufacturing solutions within its ambit including complete Modular buildings, Industrial solutions like eHouses/Power Module Units (PMU’s), Generator Enclosures, Safe Havens, Offshore Containers for Data Centers, Oil and Gas, Defence and other Critical Infrastructure Sectors.

With over 500 dedicated employees and additional access to over 2,500 of BK Gulf LLC staff, we are well equipped to take on projects of any scale and nature in varied geographies.

Today we operate from a 55,000 sq.m state of the art facility in Jebel Ali Industrial Area, Dubai, UAE with 4 enclosed manufacturing bays having multiple capacity over head gantry crane systems supported by a floor mounted rail conveyor system making our project deliveries highly efficient, quick and sustainable not only for clients but also our work force. Our facility also includes a climate controlled clean assembly zone of around 2000 sq.m supporting sensitive manufacturing and Factory Acceptance Tests Procedures effectively. We have also added a dedicated Shot Blasting and Painting Booth with latest fume extraction systems to support our fabrication and machining works.

BK Gulf LLC established BK Modular in 2008 as the first contractor in the region to establish an in-house modular capability. Utilising our vast experience and technical knowledge we have developed bespoke modular solutions for many clients across a diverse range of market sectors.

In addition to UAE, we are also present in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar as a fully registered local company with capabilities to undertake and successfully deliver projects in country.

Dammam, KSA

Our recent expanded facility in Damman Industrial City opened in 2023 enhancing our direct services to the Saudi market and beyond as a satellite workshop over 3,500 sqm. This facility is being well equipped to handle MEP Modules, Duct Works and Modular Building Manufacturing.

Doha, Qatar

Situated less than 30 minutes from Hamad Port is our 10,000 sqm manufacturing space which includes structural steel fabrication, MEP works and architectural finish zones. The production zone can be further expanded up to 25,000 sqm upon request for bigger project requirements.

Dubai, UAE

Situated within 5kms of Dubai’s main port (Jebel Ali), our 45,000 sqm facility has a collective enclosed manufacturing space of over 15,000 sqm and around 30,000 sqm of open air manufacturing and storage zones. This includes in-house Machining centre, MEP module and Floor Deck Manufacturing.
